How long does it take to for orders to ship?
All orders ship within 1-4 days of the order being placed.
(Most will be the same day depending on time of purchase)

How long does it take to process a return?
Once the delivery person drops off your return to our warehouse, your returns will be processed within 1-3 days. A gift card or code will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order.

What do I do if I received a damaged item?
Please send pictures of the damaged items within 1-3 days of receiving merchandise to and our customer service will be happy to assist!

How do I track my package?
The moment your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation to the email that was entered during the checkout process. If you don't receive an email, check your Spam or Updates folder and add to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
