How long does it take to for orders to ship?
All orders ship within 1-4 days of the order being placed.
(Most will be the same day depending on time of purchase)

How long does it take to process a return?
Once the delivery person drops off your return to our warehouse, your returns will be processed within 1-3 days. A gift card or code will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order.

What do I do if I received a damaged item?
Please send pictures of the damaged items within 1-3 days of receiving merchandise to webteam@bohosoho.com and our customer service will be happy to assist!

How do I track my package?
The moment your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation to the email that was entered during the checkout process. If you don't receive an email, check your Spam or Updates folder and add info@bohosoho.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
